Today is the era of education. Without education we stand nowhere in the society. Our schools and colleges are providing the young generation with the new outlook through advancing education and technical knowhow. Govt. Degree College Bharmour was established in 2005 vide Government Notification No. EDN-A Kha (16) dated 03.08.2005. The College offers undergraduate programmes, namely Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, and Bachelor of Science, and is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla and serves as an examination center for the University.

Govt. College Bharmour was established in the year 2005. It is in its initial state of growth. We have more than 75% girls’ student who are economically marginalized. They would not have continue their education without this college. Many students have excel in their life. Two of our students are working as Assistant professors in Hindi and Political science in our college.
